Itinerary (Day Wise)
Welcome to India’s capital city! Upon arrival you are welcomed with a traditional
Indian greeting before being escorted to your hotel.
After breakfast drive to Mandawa – a quaint little town in a heart of Shekhawati region
popularly known as open Air Art Gallery of Rajasthan. The town is replete with paved
Archways, Magnificent Havelis and Fortresses. (BD)
Drive this morning to Bikaner. On your arrival in Bikaner, Check-in at your hotel. In the noon
explore the Junagarh Fort – an impressive fort standing with all its regal glory as an
epitome of architectural brilliance. Balconies, gardens and kiosks etc. depicts a composite
architectural style influenced by culture. Here we see Anup Mahal, Gaj Mandir, Sheesh
Mahal and Parachinar Museum and Sadual Museum. (BD)
Morning breakfast then we proceed to Jaisalmer – Golden City of desert famed for its
yellow sandstone architecture. Upon arrival we take blissful boat ride in Gadisar Lake.
Surrounded by many temples, shrines and Ghats. Later we enjoy delightful puppet show –
a preserved ancient folk art of Rajasthan. (BD)
Today we explore Jaisalmer City. We visit Golden Fort – a UNESCO world heritage site and
one of the very few living forts in the world, as nearly one fourth the population of the city
still resides within the Fort followed by visit to Jain Mandir – craved in yellow sandstones
dedicated to Jain hermits known as Tirthankars. Later we visit Patwon ki Haveli Museum –
Palace built in early 1800s, now a museum featuring intricate carvings, furniture and
artwork and see Nathali ki haveli. In the evening proceed to famous Sam Sand dunes Upon
arrival we experience thrilling Dune Bashing over the golden sands of Jaisalmer. In the
evening, we get an opportunity to witness the spectacular beauty of sandy terrain by taking
joyful Camel Ride and view Red Orange colour splash of sunset on horizon of desert. Later
we enjoy a traditional Rajasthani Folk Dance with dinner. (BD)
After breakfast drive to Jodhpur – famed as Blue City of India featuring many palaces, forts
and temples set in the stark landscapes of Thar Desert. Today we explore Ummaid Bhavan
Palace Museum – almost 75 years old architectural marvel now turned into museum
showcasing artistic murals, opulent miniature paintings, vintage clocks and unusual
household paraphernalia. (BD)
Today we proceed to Kumbhalgarh – one of the most exotic Fort cities of India. Upon
arrival, we visit the mighty Kumbhalgarh Fort – the pride of the Mewar Empire. The fort
offers a superb bird’s eye view of the surroundings. The Fort’s thick wall stretches 36 kms.(BD)
and many call this fort as the Indian equivalent to the Great Wall of China.
In the morning, tour this famous City of Lakes, known as one of the most picturesque and
romantic cities of India and maybe the world. Visit City Palace, Lake Pichola, Saheliyon ki
Bari or Garden of Maids and the folklore museum where you can see a presentation of the
string puppets typical to this area. Today’s afternoon excursion brings you to the beautifully
sculpted Eklingji temple. Eklingji is famous for its 108-temple complex, built on a shore of a
lake. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple complex of Eklingji was built in
728AD. The main temple is made of white marble and the icon of Lord Shiva is made of
black marble. Later, visit Nagdatemple which dates back to the 10th century. The term ‘Sas-
Bahu’ suggests ‘Mother-in-law and Daughter-in-law’ respectively. The temple is dedicated to
Lord Vishnu. (BD)
We visit City Palace – an architectural marvel. Then we enjoy boat ride to reach Jag
Mandir – palace built on island in Lake Pichola. Later we have free time for shopping. In
the evening, we enjoy a traditional music and dance show.
Today we proceed Pushkar – one of the oldest cities with heritage, culture, and warmth
rolled into one panoramic landscape.
En route, we visit Chittorgarh Fort – symbol of bravery of Rajputs also an UNESCO world
heritage site. Here we will see Ranakumbha Palace – place where founder of Udaipur
Maharana Udai Singh was born, Meera Mandir – was once the home of famous bhakti
poetess Meerabai, Vijay Stambha – victory monument constructed by Mewar king to
commemorate victory over Mahmud Khilji and Queen Padmini’s Palace – located amidst
water bodies, this is the place where Aladdin Khilji was permitted to see the mirror image of
Queen Padmini.
Today we visit Brahma Mandir – one of very few existing temples dedicated to the Hindu
creator- God Brahma built in 14th century, followed by visit to Pushkar Tirth.
Then we drive to Jaipur the pink city. Visit visiting Hawa Mahal or the ‘Palace of Winds,’ City
Palace and the ancient observatory.
In the morning visit the mountain fortress of Amber, a superb example of Rajput architecture
with its complex of palaces, temples, and ornate apartments. Later, enjoy a tour of Jaipur
City,
En route to Agra, visit the abandoned city of Fatehpur Sikri, a unique masterpiece of
Muslim, Hindu and Jain architecture. Your afternoon in Agra will be spent exploring
the city and the 16th century Agra Fort. Your day ends with the magnificent Taj
Mahal, a monument to the memory of love. Your romantic encounter is further
enhanced by the opportunity of viewing this beautiful edifice in the warm glow of

After breakfast drive to visit the Radha Raman Temple, ISKCON temple, and
other Temples in Vrindavan, continue to Mathura and visit the Shri Krishna
Janmabhoomi temple, Dwarkadhish Temple and Vishram Ghat in Mathura.
The early morning after the breakfast drive to the Khajuraho, capital of the 9th to 13th
century Chandel Dynasty. on route visiting Orchha, a medieval city frozen in time and space,
existing to this day as it must have in the 17th century. Upon arrival you are met and
transferred to your hotel.
Visit the Western group of temples containing the largest and loveliest temples, including
Kandariya Mahadev (representing Chandela art at its best). Later visit the principal Eastern
group of temples, modest and less ornate than the Western Group. These temples reflect
the simplicity inherent in Jainism.
The early nn the morning drive to Varanasi (India’s holiest city), located on the sacred Ganges River. In
the afternoon after the check Inn at hotel visit the stupas, ruins and museum at Sarnath,
scene of Buddha’s first sermon. In the evening proceed to the ghats in cycle rickshaws to
witness the evening aarti ceremony.
In the early morning, enjoy the sunrise on the Ganges River with a boat ride followed by a
walking tour of the old city. In the afternoon, fly to Delhi, Check inn to hotel then start your afternoon tour of old Delhi.
After a morning of leisure, you will explore the many sights of Old Delhi, Red Fort
(drive by), Raj Ghat, and the mile-long Chandni Chowk bazaar and other local
market.
Enjoy a morning tour of New Delhi driving past the Parliament House, the
President’s House and India Gate. Later visit Humayun’s Tomb, Qutab Minar and
Birla Temple. then farewells and board your international flight home In the afternoon or evening as per your flight schedule.
